Yes — that is the point. You pay us per building and you set your own price to your property managers. It runs entirely under your brand and your domain, and we stay behind the scenes.
Nothing happens automatically and nothing gets charged. We talk. If you want to continue, your pilot buildings carry over with their history intact. If not, we'll export your data and part on good terms.
Nothing is charged the day you turn it on. It shows up on your next invoice as the full month at your new count, plus a prorated line for the days left in the period it joined — so you only pay for the days you actually had it. One invoice a month, never a separate charge every time you add a site. Turning a building off works the same way in reverse.

No, and we are careful about this. AlarmSight is an informational visualization and reporting layer. It does not receive, verify or dispatch on alarm signals, and it does not replace the certified central station monitoring your accounts. Emergency response stays exactly where it is today.
